                              RESOLUTION NO. 21344
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
                 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES TO UPDATE THE COMBINED
                 SEWER OVERFLOW PLAN FOR THE TREMONT STREET
                 AREA, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY
                 THOUSAND DOLLARS ($20,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. 
for
       engineering services to update the Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO)
       Plan for the Tremont Street Area, for an amount not to exceed
       $20,000.00.
